Lawyer fees are calculated based on the number of hours worked, multiplied by the applicable hourly rates, which depend on the lawyer's experience and the complexity of the case.

Approximate budget
At the beginning of the file, we propose, if the file allows and if the client wishes, an approximate budget for our intervention.
If this budget were to be exceeded, we will contact the client to inform them and determine how to proceed with the file.
Urgent services
In case of urgent service requests (services to be performed within 48 hours or less), the hourly rates mentioned above may be increased by 25%.
This increase reflects the immediate mobilization of our resources to process your file as a priority.
Costs
Costs consist of expenses incurred by the firm in managing the client's file
Costs are billed on the basis of a flat rate corresponding to 15% of the fees excl. VAT billed.
